At MDG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at marginean.damian1989@gmail.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a prepaid return label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided label
Refund Details
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is free - we provide a prepaid return label.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at marginean.damian1989@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
